2. Purpose and acceptance
The Website presents the services offered by Sulcis Sail Charter in South-West Sardinia: daily excursions and mini cruises on a sailing boat, packages, sailing boat charter with skipper, Boat and Breakfast, and inflatable boat and jet ski excursions and rentals. These Terms govern access to and use of the Website. By browsing the Website you accept these Terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.
3. Information published on the Website
Descriptions of the services, programmes, dates, prices and offers are provided for information and promotional purposes and may be changed at any time. Prices are expressed in euros and, unless otherwise stated, are per person. Promotional offers are valid for the periods indicated and while places last. Photographs and videos are illustrative and may not correspond exactly to the conditions of each individual service. We strive to keep the information correct and up to date, but we cannot rule out errors or inaccuracies: in the event of any discrepancy, the conditions confirmed in writing at the time of booking shall prevail.
4. Requests for information and bookings
Requests sent via the Website forms, by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp do not constitute a binding booking or a contractual offer on our part. A booking is concluded only when we confirm in writing the availability, price and conditions of the service, including any payment, deposit and cancellation terms, which will be communicated to you before confirmation.
Activities at sea depend on weather and sea conditions. For the safety of participants, the skipper or master of the vessel may change the itinerary, times or stops, or postpone or cancel the outing. In such cases we will offer you an alternative date or the solutions provided for by the booking conditions and by law. Participants must follow the instructions of the skipper and crew. Minors may take part only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
This is without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law, in particular by Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”).
5. Intellectual property

Viewing the content and sharing links to the Website pages is permitted. Reproduction, modification, publication or any other use of the content, in whole or in part, for purposes other than personal use requires our written authorisation.
6. Proper use of the Website
You undertake to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- send, via the forms or comments, false data, data of other people without their consent, or unlawful, offensive or defamatory content or unsolicited advertising (spam);
- compromise the security or operation of the Website, for example with viruses, unauthorised access or automated content-scraping systems;
- infringe the rights of third parties or applicable law.
Blog comments are subject to moderation: we may decline to publish or remove content that breaches these Terms.
7. Links to third-party websites and social networks
The Website contains links to third-party websites and platforms (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps). 8. Liability
We strive to ensure that the Website is available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be accessible without interruption or free from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to the rights that the law grants to consumers on a mandatory basis.
9. Privacy, cookies and accessibility
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Information on the accessibility of the Website is provided in our Accessibility Statement.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with the date of the last update. Changes do not apply to bookings already confirmed.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy (Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code), and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside continue to apply. In all other cases, the Court of Cagliari shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
