Built in the 1990s, with more than 300 units produced, the Dehler 37 CWS was the German shipyard’s first boat equipped with the Central Winch System, the distinctive winch in the centre of the cockpit to which all the sail-handling lines are led. Designed by the Dutch studio Van De Stadt, this hull has fairly sleek lines and a low freeboard. The 7/8 rig makes her easy to steer. The jib is self-tacking, but on request the shipyard also supplied a second forestay so that a larger genoa could be hoisted. Simple and spacious, the interior offers 8 berths, three double cabins, 1 bathroom, a saloon (2 single berths) and a galley.
